Do I need to buy credits first?
No. Start with your cards and pay for your submission at review. Prepaid packages are optional.
What does a prepaid grading credit cover?
One credit covers one Standard card grading. Existing credits are applied automatically to your submission. If you choose Rush, the upgrade is paid separately in dollars.
How much will I pay at review?
Your review shows the number of cards, Standard gradings already covered by your credits, any uncovered gradings, and any Rush upgrades. The amount due is shown in dollars before you pay.
Do credits expire?
Prepaid grading credits never expire. Take your time deciding which cards to grade.
Are credits refundable?
Prepaid grading credits are non-refundable and never expire. Existing credits retain their included shipping benefits.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every credit includes free shipping both ways. Send us your cards, we'll send them back graded and slabbed. Zero shipping charges.
What if I disagree with the grade?
If you think we screwed up, reach out within 30 days. We'll review it and regrade for free if we agree. If we stand by our grade, we'll explain why in detail.
Can I use grading credits in the card store?
Grading and the card store share your GSM account, but grading credits cover Standard grading only. Store purchases are priced and paid in dollars.
