1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GSM Grading's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Service Description

GSM Grading provides professional trading card authentication and grading services. Our services include:

• •Card authentication and condition assessment
• •Professional grading on a 1-10 scale
• •Protective encapsulation in UV-resistant slabs
• •Digital certification with photos
• •Shipping services to and from our facility

3Credits System

GSM Grading operates on a credit-based system:

• •One credit equals one card graded
• •Credits must be purchased before submitting cards
• •Credits never expire
• •Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• •Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• •All credit purchases are final

4Submission Process

When submitting cards for grading:

• •You must provide accurate information about each card
• •Cards must be shipped securely according to our guidelines
• •Shipping insurance is recommended but optional
• •We are not responsible for damage during shipping to our facility
• •Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed

5Grading Standards

All cards are evaluated by two independent graders using our standardized criteria. Grades are final once issued. While we strive for accuracy, grading involves subjective assessment. If you believe a grade is incorrect, you may contact us within 30 days for review.

6Liability and Disclaimers

GSM Grading provides services "as is" and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for:

• •Loss or damage to cards while in our possession (up to declared value)
• •Market value fluctuations after grading
• •Disagreements with assigned grades
• •Delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control
• •Counterfeit cards submitted for grading

Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the card at time of submission.

7Shipping and Returns

Return shipping is included with all grading credits. Cards are shipped back via insured carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

8Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final. Refunds are not available except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

9Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Unused credits in terminated accounts may be forfeited.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
